30 Days, 30 Resources

Simple & supportive eating disorder resources, right in your inbox.

It can be overwhelming to try to find resources when you’re feeling lost and alone with your eating disorder. In addition to the general sense of overwhelm, we know how difficult it can be to find resources that are financially accessible as well as being truly safe and supportive through a culturally competent, trauma informed and justice-oriented lens.

We see you, we see the gaps, and we want you to know you’re not alone– there are supportive, community-based resources out there, and we want to help you access them.

30 Days, 30 Resources is a free email support series meant to serve as an additional tool in your toolbox for healing. These daily support emails offer comfort, connection and tangible tools on your journey towards healing.

Every day for 30 days, you’ll receive an email from us with a new resource to explore as you continue honing your recovery strategies. These short, daily notes are a really accessible and gentle way to build a daily self-supportive practice, without trying to tackle all the resources at once.

This is an offering of curated tools for you to take what Y O U need, in order to move through this moment from a more supported and resourced place.

We believe that healing happens in community, and that everything you need to grow is already inside of you– you are already whole and complete. These resources are meant to be tools that will help crack some of that open, enabling you to find the grounding, community support and tools needed to take your healing and recovery efforts deeper.
