Find a healing community

that is changing the conversation around health, beauty, and body image.

In 2018, Ophelia’s Place launched The Every Body Is Beautiful Project as a form of prevention to help every body believe they are beautiful as is. We do this through our trainings, products, blog, and social media.

In 2009, Ophelia’s Place opened Cafe at 407, "a cafe with a cause," in the front of their building as a creative way to fund the non-profit and invite the community to be part of the healing journey. The mission is to serve delicious, seasonal, locally-produced and handmade-with-love food. Food that nourishes the body, feeds the soul and builds community around it. All the proceeds go to support Ophelia's Place.

You are not alone.
