Love Your Bodhi Yoga | Led by Rochelle Bilow at Vyana Yoga in Manlius, NY | October 27th at 4pm
"Bodhi" is a Sanskrit name that translates to "enlightenment" or "awakening." When we are awakened, we are free from hate and ego. In this gentle, all-levels yoga class we will practice mindful movement, stretching, and loving-kindness meditation to practice gratitude, acceptance, and respect for our bodies... and the bodies of everyone in this world. Please pay what you can; all donations will be gifted to Ophelia's Place.

Yin Yoga with Renee | Wednesday Oct 16th 6:!5-7:30pm
Yin Yoga is a calming and meditative practice that focuses on stretching the deep layers of connective tissue and fascia. Poses are held for several minutes, helping improve joint flexibility and circulation while strengthening inner awareness. Yin is a beginner friendly class and with the use of props, and it is accessible to people of all Yoga levels and abilities. Enjoy this slower paced class, and allow your body to surrender, create space, and release, all while breathing in the scents of diffused essential oils. Release of connective tissue will do wonders for your joint health, flexibility, circulation and mental focus.

Rise and Flow wtih Alisandra | Saturday October 19th 9-10:15am
Get up and get moving with Rise and Flow! This is an all levels class and modifications always provided. Activate and strengthen specific muscles and muscle groups while using pose progression to build strength and heat. Class closes with longer holds, sometimes supported by props, to calm the body and mind.

Yang Yin with Ciara Sunday | October 20th 5-6:30pm
Yang/Yin Yoga is the combination of an an active, dynamic Vinyasa Flow style practice (45 minutes) with the slow, steady surrender of Yin Yoga (45 minutes). Suitable for yogis of all levels, the combination of Yang and Yin styles allow you to warm up the body and create heat in the beginning of practice, and then release connective tissue at the end of practice.
Ciara is a graduate of Ophelia's Place's Education and Empowerment Certificate Program and will share her personal experience with eating disorders.
